Since the demise of the Speed channel I haven't followed sports car racing (I think the Tutor schedule is on Fox 2 which I don't have and why I haven't followed the series). But I still seek out information about the 24 Hours of Daytona. With the race coming up in about 2 weeks I thought I'd see who will be racing and what mix of cars there will be. But I can't find an entry list. I had gone to the Tutor site and found nothing I was looking for except a couple news items for individual teams.

I did find a TV schedule; Fox will air some of the race on Fox, Fox 1, and Fox 2.

I expected to see Alex Gurney driving but it looks like he didn't get a ride after the red dragon team (Gainsco) folded. I only noticed a few crossover drivers (mostly Ganassi drivers).

Not sure what happened to Gurney but GAINSCO/Bob Stallings are easing back into racing through the Pirelli World Challenge GTS class this year in a Hyundai Genesis Coupe.

I hate that so few NASCAR drivers compete anymore but at least the field is filled with notable drivers from a bunch of other series and disciplines.

Updated post-Roar entry list, as of 1/14/15: http://www.imsa.com/sites/default/f...Championship ROLEX Pre-Event Entry List_1.pdf

A lot of talent out there. Fifty-three entries in total.

Any BoP adjustments should be coming out in the next few days. Probably not many changes for P (minus the Ligier-Judd that Krohn Racing runs) and GTLM (possibly the Aston Martin Vantage V8), but GTD should have a good amount of performance tweaking.

Turn your volume all the way up and tell anybody that complains to go outside.

DeltaWing has found some speed with half the H.P. and supposedly twice the fuel mileage.
Yep, I haven't seen any numbers for this weekend but their speed trap figure during the Roar a couple of weeks ago was the highest around by a good margin, 191.34 MPH while no other car even broke 189.

What team is ryan Hunter Reay racing for
#7 Starworks DP, in the Martini colors.
