Anyone watching? Not even 1/3 into the Race yet. Bentelys are 1-2 and looking strong over the Audis. Think they can hold on? It looks like it, probally a lot will have to go wrong, but this is the race that can do that.

Ferrari's are 1-2 in GTS over the #50 Vette. I know its early but tihs worries me, the Ferraris are putting up 2 sec faster lap times. But slow and steady wins the race. Go Corvette Go!
 
I have been watching it off and one all day! I did not see the start so I don't know how many cars are there but it sure doe snto look like alot, but it could be that its an 8 mile track and not 2 or 3 like most the otehrs!
 
I've always had a lot of respect for those guys who run those 24 hour marathons. That takes some serious dedication and commitment.
 
3,187 miles later....

Bentleys go 1-2, impressive with Tom K. winning 4 times in a row, never been done before. Although the semi factory Audi's kept within a couple of laps, It seemed that the Bentleys were racing themselves.

The Prodrive Ferrari finished first in GTS. Corvetts 2-3. I woke up this morning expecting to find both Ferraris stoped but to my amazement that machine was still going. They now have proven reliability with that speed. Thats ok, two and three isn't bad at all. Corvetts were the first non Michelin shod cars.

What a great race ineed, although I would perfered more primetime coverage, no offense Arca and ASA fans but perhaps the biggest race in the world that is once a year, shouldn't get overshadowed by anything.
