So who knows the last guy to disobey NASCARs black flag and stop scoring them like the 29 did? I can't remember, but it's been a long time.

I am not sure Robby was the last one but he was the last one that I remember.

I havent watched the tape yet but it seemed like NASCAR told the 29 team they needed to Check the smoke one lap then the next lap they said they needed to Fix the smoke and then the next lap instead of a Black Flag they went directly to the No Score flag ( Black with White X )
Is that how it went down?

He was dropping oil on the track. NASCAR officials had already warned them to fix it or park it...

“ If a driver does not pit within five laps of receiving a black flag they will be shown a black flag with a white 'X' on it.
This flag tells the driver that they are no longer being scored by NASCAR and have effectively been disqualified from the race until they obey the previous black flag and pit.”

I think the bobble heads were asked this once, and they said that now that there is radio communication, and that NASCAR can communicate directly to the teams and drivers, it is now only a 1 lap warning.
