Thursday night i will be going for my 3rd Championship in 4 years at the County Fair in lawn mower driving! Should of won last year also, but i went in the turn to hard and got a few wheels off the gound, but still got 3rd. I won in 2005 and 2006. Maybe i can do it again in 08!

Yeah yeah yeah...how redneck can you get.....:D:D

This city girl will not comment on the fact that you actually participated in lawn mower and tractor driving contests (or that those are actually held somewhere) ;)

You never watched tool time? Hey lappy, was there a turbojet engine on anything there?
what kind of tractor driving? farm tractor or mower/lawn tractor?
 
The mower was a John Deere. Id say it was about 5 years old. I think its the same one they used 4 years ago and it looked new then.

The tractor was a new holland (i think)

But as for what model and what not i could not tell ya.

ROFL!!! Actually, we have a LOT of farming in New York state. It's really not all citified. :) I'm sure there be some cow tipping going on when the youngin's get into the hooch too much up here. :D And dangitall, it gets annoying having to get around those horse & buggy folks when you're trying to move the combine over to the north 40!! Seriously, my kid was in 4H and took our mutt dog to the State Fair when she showed up all the folks snooty dogs in the shows prior, the last one at the county fair. Eh... she (the dog) didn't do so well once there, but hey, for a dog just adopted from the shelter as a stray, not too shabby! :) How time flies ... the dog is now almost 18-yrs-old and not doing so well, but just goes to show, we "city folk" aren't all bad. LOL ;)

So Mag, did everybody use the same mower or did you modify your own? And did the course have jumps and stuff? I'm having a hard time seeing how you get lawnmower wheels off the ground without em...

You get that baby in high gear and try to turn way to sharp!

We all use the same mower and tractor.
