4 years ago today I learned I was soon to become a grandpappy. Also that my daughter wouldn't bring the babies (babies? Like more than one?) into a smokers house. So after years, many years of trying and failing, I quit cold turkey that day when she showed me the sonogram pic.

My 'posse' outside of Karate class yesterday.

Kids have a way of doing things like that as I had a similar experience that gave me the impetus to quit smoking.
