Maybe this will finally be the week Joe Numbnuts doesnt make the race. I personaly dont find it insulting when there is 43 cars attempting to make a race, but when your sending cars home and you got guys pulling off the track due to "Overheating or Handeling" by the 10th lap it is just a slap in the face. I remember it wasnt that long ago 2007 I believe it was we had over 50 full time teams. We ended up seeing big name teams like Redbull and MWR not getting any of there cars even in the race.

HUGE Money!! SnPn 100 or 200k a month!! That's Huge Money!!

Robby's in the 77 at Kentucky!! CHA-CHING!! And Go 87 Too!!

If you've made miillions for years..5 Grand entry & a car from the fleet...20Grand a week... to make 200k a month.. Gas It!!!

•Gordon fielding two cars at Kentucky: Robby Gordon Motorsports has entered 2 Speed Energy Dodges for the Kentucky NASCAR Sprint Cup race on July 9th, 2011. Gordon will attempt to qualify the #77 Speed Energy Dodge [has to qualify by speed], while Scott Wimmer will pilot the #7 Speed Energy Dodge, which has a guaranteed starting spot in the field.(Speed Energy site)(7-7-2011)

"Numbnuts"...? Is that really warranted?

Dont matter,....I always hope Joe makes the race. :)

Thats huge money if you have no expenses, thats just enough to get these guys to the next track to start and park. These guys aren't making squat, they may have enough left over to pay their house note. As much as I hate Joe Nemecheck for doing the start and park thing (to be fair thats all he can do until he gets a sponsor), if he stops he's probably dead broke and in major dept.

It would be better if he raced the race.

80Grand payout

10-20Grand to field entry..

=

60 Grand Profit Per Week

Robby says he rebuilds the motors in-house...

Good for Nemecheck too!! :beerbang::beerbang:

One race he had two sponsors and still he S&P.

Let me rephrase that. When he gets a real sponsor that can fork over real race team money. Last year he had Washington Music Center on the car at Richmond. I know those guys gave the bare minimum to put that on a car.

I hate start and park teams more than anyone and would rather see 20 cars that are completive on the track from start to finish but I'm thinking Joe was expecting to be full time by now and at this point he has dug a hole he can't get out of. If he stops he's doomed but if he keeps eking along, long enough he might be able to get out of the hole.

Oh my God, you have no clue do you? You must not pay bills or keep track of your income on what comes in VS what goes out. That goes to paying loans and other bills to have the team in the first place, you can't just will them into existence. It's a business like anything else. You got the basics like:
chassis
bodies
engines
random parts
testing (though Joe may not do this since he knows what tracks he is going to park at ahead of time)
garage and utilities for the garage (I'd hate to see that utility bill just knowing what my small house is every month)
employees (pit crew, mechanics, accountants and the people that run the day to day operations)
the hauler
consumables like oil, tires and gas for the hauler to keep it running
Joes motor home to get to the races and live at the track for 4 days or so

The list goes on and on. 60 grand profit a week my ass. If it was even as remotely as simple as you think it is there would be 60 cars trying to get in every week and I'd be one of them.

LOL!! 10 races per car is how much per race?? 13 cars fighting for 8 big paydays tomorrow

40 employees times 50k a year is what??

or 30k times 8 in Joes case..

I give up. You are officially a dumbass. Go back to huffing paint.

Kentucky is a great track. It's a fast track and the place is so clean, no bad seat in the house. Ive been there for many IndyCar races and I have always had a great time.

13 Cars going for 8 Spots!! The Profit's 20 to 60 Grand a race!! Huge Money!!

I'm starting to think he's just a troll.

That or, after giving him a crash course in economics and how life works and still get this dumbass response:
13 Cars going for 8 Spots!! The Profit's 20 to 60 Grand a race!! Huge Money!!
he's just an ignorant bastard that should jump off a cliff and do the rest of the productive world a favor.:bazooka:
