80...

Got to near 70 up here. How cold is it at night down there? Its been getting in the low 40's and upper 30's here which sucks because alot of home in this neighborhood dont have indoor heating.

Mid 40's tonight, by forecast, but I just walked home and it didn't feel like anything cooler than upper 60's

they stopped racing at 8P tonight due to the cold. They were running Jr dragsters to the 330 because even they were getting blown around by the 45MPH tailwind  The wind chill was below freezing

The 80's .....

In the early 80s on a cold November night (I think November, it was almost 30 years ago) we loaded up the the go-karts to race.

My friends mom was sick, and our girlfriends were really ripping into us for racing at such a time, but we still loaded up and headed to the track.

It was a good 45 minutes to the track, and really cold. When got to the track, nobody was there, races cancelled due to the weather.

Of course when got back to the friends house, the story for the ladies was "our hearts just wasn't into racing that night, because it just wasn't the right to be racing while the friends mom was sick ".

BTW, The friends mom is still alive and well.

The weather's nice and all that. But having grown up in California and living on the east coast now, I have to say CA is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.

I have family all over the U.S. and I've visited all over and I wouldn't live anywhere else but California :D

Now if 99% of the people thought like you, just imagine how much room the rest of us 1% would have with everyone else being in California.

The weather here has been staying around the 60's to 70's for a few weeks now ... had a few cool days and some nights where the temps were low.

My Peartrees are budding ... :(
