'94 350 heads, '77 350 cast iron intake and 4b, wi

I was trying to find out if a set of tbi '94 heads off of a suburban (350) will work with an old cast iron 4 bbl intake without any modifications. I have a '77 chevy 350 that has to have cast iron intake, carbureter and cast iron heads due to my class rules at my local track. I have heard that the vortec heads take some machine work or a special intake. I was hoping this wasn't the case with the '94 heads.
