A 23 question

If (or when) Arrows goes under, could Minardi (or BAR or even JAG) buy the A23 cars, parts and moulds, then race it for "03" ?
I think the A23 would be a big step forward for any of those teams.

Ummmm, no i dont think they can do that. If anyone remembers when Arrows first came into F1 in the 70's (sorry dont remember exactly) they bought the old run down Shadow team and actually used their year old model without any design changes in thier debute year and was i think sued for basically stealing ideas and not running their own design but another teams hard work. So in short i dont think that they will take their cars, or other assets.
