I need to resize some pictures and I don't know how. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Bow.........remember when using any resizer to choose the option of keeping the same aspect ratio. Your pictures will likely come out distorted if you don't. :)

You will download it to your harddrive. It will download as a zip file. Just make sure you know where to locate the zip file on your harddrive when you download it. Once downloaded, you need to locate it, then double-click on it. It will automatically begin installation (unzipping), or it will have easy to follow instructions. You will then be able to use it to resize your pics. Hope this helps, bow. ;)

I did that and I get a message that a DLL file cannot be located.

When I downloaded it an icon was placed on my desktop. So I didnt have to look for it at all.
