A really boredom based question for the moderators

On the main racing forums list of forums,they each have a little flag beside it.{I will feel like an idiot if everyone else on here knows this!}I have noticed the flags change colors from red to green.I thought it would have something to do with people posting or something but apparently thats not the case.

I swear in the last few minutes they have changed several times!It's driving me nuts.

What controls this???

Green does represent "new posts" since your last visit. Not sure if Paul has it enabled that if someone votes in a poll (and does not add to the post) whether that "updates" the thread or not.

Always good to "mark all posts read" before you leave.
