Actual Practice?

They show about 15-20 actual seconds of a car on the track. The rest is mindless chit chat about their programming.

Why don't they discuss any of the techincal aspects of the sport?

that is true, except for the start of the 2nd practice when they were packed up then it was probally pushing 30sec, ha. About as technical as they get is that John, he needs to find some speed out of that car. I want to know more about that contraption of metal, oil, and rubber than whats john's favorite food.
