Well, it appears that Andretti Green Racing have signed a letter of intent to split of Andretti Green Promotions and Andretti Green Toronto into a seperate company from Andretti Green Racing. This letter should close in October of this year.
Once this transaction is made, Michael Andretti will soley own and operate Andretti Green Racing while Kim Green and Kevin Savoree will own and operate the promotions business.
I was hearing buzz about this possibly happening this year.
