Those are some awesome photos. I encourage anyone who lives near an Air Force base or Naval Air Station to attend an Air show. I see the new F-22 Raptor fly almost every day, its awesome to see in person.
I'm right smack in the middle of a military airial testing ground..Every now and then you'll here a sonic boom from the planes. I'm smack between the Wichita Falls, Lawton, and paris air bases, and they all fly from one to the other.
I live near Dobbins and NAS Atlanta about 1 1/2 miles from the airstrip and in the flight path. NAS Atlanta will close soon.
The F-22 flies over all the time and is an awesome looking bird. Lockheed is just up the road, and that's where the Raptor was developed and there were LOTS of test flights out of Dobbins.
Unfortunately, the Air Show was cancelled this year because of $$$$ worries.
