Alex Smith to the Chiefs

That sucks. Thought we (Az Cards) may have had a shot at getting Smith.
Waiting to see what happens with Tebow now.
I'll take him over the 4 qbs we currently have.

You don't have to worry about Jacksonville taking a good QB. They're committed to Blaine Gabbert and, thus, committed to another suck ass season. I'm gonna need A LOT of alcohol.......
 
As a life long 49ers fan I can say this news doesn't upset me one bit. It will be interesting to see what Smith can do in KC...I honestly don't expect too much from him. I think his performance the last two years had way more to do with the Jim Harbaugh system and Harbaugh figuring out how to utilize Smith than it did with Smith himself. I will say, however, that Smith has been nothing but a class act through all of this and through the ups and downs over the years has proven to be a real stand up kind of guy.

It kinda sounds like the Chiefs got fleeced in this deal. That seems like an awful lot to give up for a guy like Smith.
 
Foles isn't terrible he just isn't going to work with chip Kelly's offense especially since vick will be back
