Went over my truck yesterday in anticipation of a run to Texas. Oil change,fluids topped off, new wiper blades, run thru the car wash etc,etc. Man those illegals do a hellofva job for short money.
Then my brother called last night, his boss now says if he goes to leave his keys. He won't have a job when we get back. Sooo, we're not going. Jobs are hard to find here and he has a good one but it appears the owner has turned into a a-hole.
Hard to describe being both relieved and disappointed at the same time. I really didn't want to go, then got all hyped up over going, then had my dream dashed upon the rocks of reality...
Would have been fun, just my remaining brother and I but that's life.
