Allow me to introduce myself!

Hello everyone.

I am new here and wanted to introduce myself. As you can tell, I am a Jeff Gordon fan. I am 37 years old (will be 38 Saturday, July 20) and live in Louisiana. I have been into Nascar for 2 years (can't imagine what took me sooooo long:waa:).

I have been to several races. I went to Talladega last October (my first race live), Bristol in March and Texas in April.

I am getting married August 17 and will go back to Bristol for my honeymoon. It will be my first night race. I can't wait.

Anyway...that is a little bit about me. I would like to hear some about each of you.

What's your story?

Blazing 24 ---- very happy to meet you. :) Hope you didn't get dizzy from the move. LOL

You will absolutely love the Bristol night race. It's a totally different place after sundown. Very exciting.

Pull up a chair, and visit a while. Glad to have you. :)

Welcome Blazing 24 hope you enjoy this site. I am one of those fans I have heard referred to at one time as a confused fan.. I like Jr. as my 1st favorite, John Andrette as my 2nd and Jeff Gordon as my 3rd. I also cheer each week for Kyle to finally get a win, just because I would love to finally see him win a race. But I am happy each week that I see an (quote) veteran win a race.

I think you joined this forum a week after me. Not sure how many posts I've had but I think it may just be barely double digits. :( You're pushing 1000.

When we were at Weymouth High [A long long long time ago] I was the shy, quiet type. Although I can't be sure, I gotta guess you were a little bit chatty. :p

ALASKA, where ya been, missed ya and you've more posts elsewhere than here, silly. AND YOU DON'T answer my emails.

Actually, in elementary school, I was always the one with a "conduct" problem and in HS I was relatively a quiet loner except for telling off the Band director and the chem teacher.:lips:

Oh, I've been out of work too with a bad back so I have more time for the forum I have found the BEST.

Silly PB, No polar bears in Southern (kinda) Alaska BUT it sure is cold.

Great another one from La. Where ya from? I am up in West Monroe, Bowtie is from Ruston, and Fourisis is from the New Orleans area. Glad you could make it. I have been to the night race you will have a blast.

I am 20 miles south of Shreveport. I almost moved to the Monroe area, Sterlington. I work for a company that just built a power plant there.
