just wanted to let u guys know that all went well w/the switch over to Rouse's.The flower shop has been redone.got uniforms today.grand opening is tomorrow.however my crew quit this morning.going to bed early got a long day ahead of me. just letting u know im still alive and kicking.lol. wish me luck.

Why did your crew quit?
 
the first lady is 67 and couldn't get over me being much younger than her and being her boss.she said she was older than me and didn't have to listen to anything i said let alone did not need my advice either b/c she knew it all.i told her if she valued her job she needed to listen to me.and i also said since she knew everything then why wasn't her liscence hanging on the wall next to mine.that i don't know everything,im still learning stuff.

the other lady was my old boss i was her helper.once i got lisc.i was prometed to mgt.of my own location.when her location closed forever i offered her a job working w/me.she couldn't deal w/the fact that tables were turned and i was her boss despite me trying to save her job.both ladies never had the decency to call me and let me know that they quit.i worked all saints day by myself and nearly sold out of everything.was a rough day but survived.rouse's people said they were gonna let both of em go but by them quiting they did them a favor.so far i earned respest from new company and helped them convert 3 other locations.they let me leave early today.was nice of em.
 
Guess who came in asking for their jobs back??? yep my old boss is back i think she realized i was trying to save her job and decided to give it a chance.i could care less either way.what doesn't kill me will make me stronger.
