Went from one to the other in 2 minutes. They only come in red, and I'm putting green/white/amber/blue LED's in them. Those following my facebook know...those who don't....you should find me on there

(and yes one is faded- Out of a batch of 50, I managed to get 3 different revisions. faded with wire jumpers, green with zero ohm resistors and lots of flux mess, and blue ones that actually look professional)

fumes are starting to get to me. Just unsoldered 216 LED's in an hour.

That's time consuming and tedious, so I admire your tenacity to bang out 50 of those things. With all that work, you may benifit from a small production wave soldering pot.

I'm actually only doing LED swaps on 27 of them. 18 aren't having LED's changed, I trashed 3, 2 spares.
