Went from one to the other in 2 minutes. They only come in red, and I'm putting green/white/amber/blue LED's in them. Those following my facebook know...those who don't....you should find me on there ;)

(and yes one is faded- Out of a batch of 50, I managed to get 3 different revisions. faded with wire jumpers, green with zero ohm resistors and lots of flux mess, and blue ones that actually look professional)

That's time consuming and tedious, so I admire your tenacity to bang out 50 of those things. With all that work, you may benifit from a small production wave soldering pot.

I'm actually only doing LED swaps on 27 of them. 18 aren't having LED's changed, I trashed 3, 2 spares.
