I just heard it around noon, and it was just confirmed on the news. From what I heard, it happened last night when the police pulled over his tour bus for why I don't know.

I read Rubin wasn't on the bus and the ones in trouble were apparently some crew or staff..

Authorities in Ohio say three male passengers aboard American Idol winner Reuben Studdard's tour bus were charged with marijuana possession.
The Ohio State Patrol says one of its troopers stopped the bus on the Ohio Turnpike shortly before 10 a-m on Monday for a traffic violation. Highway Patrol spokesman, Sergeant Rick Zwayer, says the bus is either owned or leased by Studdard who was not on the bus. The Birmingham native is in Cleveland for a concert Tuesday night. Zwayer said the trooper was traveling with a police drug dog and initiated a probable cause search. The canine found minor amounts of marijuana on three males. They were identified as 39-year-old Percy Diehl of Orlando, Florida; 34-year-old Michall Rawlings of Rockvale, Tennessee; and Richard Greene of Knoxville, Tennessee. The men, who are not band members, were issued misdemeanor citations and released. They were ordered to appear in court April 28th

Yep, It was a shocker alright. Jennifer Hudson??? My God, What's wrong with these people that's voting?! Something just is crooked about this whole thing. Jon Stevens should have been gone WEEKS ago!!!

I am speechless! Well, almost! What were these people thinking!!!!!! That was the worst mistake in voting someone off!!!! What in the hell is that red-headed kid still participating on this show?????? He honestly should have been the first one booted off the show! 
I really think I am done watching this show. The right person won the first AI, and the wrong person won the second AI as Clay should have beaten Ruben. (JMHO) And this one, well, the talent is just not quite as good as the first two shows. Don't get me wrong, there are some good singers. LaToya is my favorite on this show, George is good most of the time (needs to stay away from Manilow songs) and Jennifer WAS really starting to shine. Fantasia, well, she is a little too Gospel sounding for me, but she has a good voice.
Oh, well. I really hope that this is the last American Idol. I believe it has run it's course.

Wow... I can sing better drunk than Jon Stevens can normally. I got a feeling this show is staged. That or we have to blame the 12 year old teenie bopper girls voting for the red headed boy.

Yea, he's still doing his Sinatra. He needs to quit it, there is absolutely no emotion in his voice. Like Simon said "Mandy went to sleep". And I definitely don't see what the girls see in him, he looks like Howdy DooDee!!!
Anybody watching tonight? They're doing Gloria Estefan songs. This should be very interesting.

I realized one thing...Gloria Estafan is an amazing talent....because aparently nobody else can sing her songs...

Fantasia sounded aweful...(I actually commented to the wife, she sounded like a cartoon...then Simon backed me up!)
Frank Sinatra Jr hit that ONE note really well....too bad he never changed notes...
Well at this point I really, Really don't care who wins.

Jennifer, LaToya and Fantasia were the bottom 3 last week (a travesty). Jennifer was the big loser, unfortunately. Personaly, I thought she was the best of the night.
I think last night's show was pretty bad for everybody, but the worst of the lot IMO, was again Jon Sinatra.

That's the problem with letting 13-year old girls be in charge of the voting...they always end up voting for who they "feel sorry for" rather than who actually has 2 ounces of talent...

Well, this week they got it right!!! John Stevens is the one who got the least amount of votes. George Huff was the other choice in the bottom three along with Jasmine. The top three this week were Fantasia, Diana and LaToya! I wish John all the luck in the world.
I actually thought Jon gave his best performence of the whole thing was his farewell song tonight, but it was for the best that he was voted off.
