An Ode to Old 97Forever
Happy Birthday will never do,
For a Ford racing fan like you.
Even on birthdays things should take place,
Things like discussions about a NASCAR race.
In 2003 things kept changing and popping up,
Sometimes sorrow overfilled your cup.
But 97Forever is mighty tough
And so far, over come the times so rough.
In "Bowtie" a friend he found,
Though "ole Bow" runs Fords into the ground.
Despite this friendship Clark won't be bored
As long as Jack Roush keeps running a Ford.
Now one thing is certain, it sure is plain,
Some folks think it right as rain,
It's the Yankee affect that Clark does see,
From Candice, the gal we know as DeeDee.
In closing the one thing that makes Clark proud,
Are the posters he debates within our crowd.
So gather 'round all fans galore,
While we sing Clark a
