INDIANAPOLIS -- Juan Pablo Montoya got to the starting line of Sunday's U.S. Grand Prix seconds late. It took Formula One's racing stewards about 90 minutes to sort it out.

After starting from the pits, running strong for 58 laps and getting near the race leaders, Montoya was disqualified by F1 officials for the second straight week.

Um a few seconds is a bit much for disqualification, IMO but to let the guy run for 58 laps and too get up front only to disqualify him...Geez, these guys must be realted to Helton!!!

They probably saw that when he was gonna get a podium finish they pulled him in. wouldve been great to see jenson and takuma battle schumacher more but Jenson had some kind of problem and takuma dropped back a lot.

I watched the start of the race and JPM  was on the starting grid, suddenly leaped out of his car, jumped over the pit wall and RAN to the garage for his backup car. Unfortunately, he was sent back then called back to the garage (he must have felt like a yo yo) where the crew finished prepareing the backup.
He reached the starting lineup after the cars were on the pace lap but soon moved up through the field.
I was really ticked off at the officiating and thought it dang unfair to make the decision they did.

Another think that thouroughly ticked me off was the length of time it took the safety crew to get to Ralph S after his horrific wreck (more than 3 minutes).
