Larry Foyt finished 16th, ON THE LEAD LAP at Homestead. Miracles really do happen in NASCAR.
Goat, all it means is that the driver means more to you than the brand. Nothing wrong with that!Originally posted by Oldgoat@Nov 17 2003, 03:07 PM
Boy do I feel dumb. Hadn't even paid attention to what make he was driving.
They've been running Dodges all year long.
They've been running Evernham engines all year as well.
This was the first time they ran an Evernham prepared chasis with Evernham prepared body.
I think it's a combination of the two, but the equipment has to be good to compete. You poor the essence of Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt combine into those #14 cars and they'd struggle to stay on the lead lap.Originally posted by j ozzman 5000@Nov 17 2003, 09:13 PM
