Andrew Luck Sweepstakes

Yeah, he's pretty much a lock to end up at Indy. Just think the Colts will have Manning(assuming he gets healthy and comes back) and Luck.

I hear the plan is to draft Luck and see what they can get in a trade for Peyton. I would think they could get a lot for him even with his huge contract, his injury and his age. He's the best quarterback in the game. Period. They could then use the salary cap relief they would get from trading him and shore up some of the gaping holes they have on that roster.

I love Peyton, but if they could do that it would seem like a great idea to me. That team isn't going anywhere with or without Peyton Manning as it is currently constructed.

first i've heard of trading peyton. i'm sure the redskins would love to have him and they don't mind spending money on qb's. at least this time they would get a guaranteed winner (peyton, not the redskins). trading him and drafting luck actually makes a lot of sense.

I bet Peyton stays in Indy for a year or two to teach Luck then Peyton retires.
