They already got the problem its just finally coming to light. There are more than one race teams around the country that are funded by it.

Saw this one on Speed 51 too "Ronnie Hults, a driver in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, has been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for violating the sanctioning body’s substance abuse policy.

Hults was found to have violated Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 7-5 (violation of the NASCAR substance abuse policy) of the 2011 NASCAR Touring Series rule book."

These guys are just stupid dip sticks. Who the hell would think they could get away with using?

If these drivers were popped for using Heroin (Shane), Meth (Jeremy) or some other seriously addictive substance I can understand the outrage. HGH and Steroids would probably draw the same penalties.

On the other hand, if a piss test showed mari-jah-wanna in his system, I would be less likely to think that any penalties were warranted.

But that's just me! ;-}
