I agree. I also think they should do that for the first offense to send a message to the other sick bas**rds out there and to know they'll never get a chance to harm another child. There is no rehabilitation for these people evident by the fact that most kill after their first time. My heart breaks for the little girl and her family.

Wouldnt work for me, 15 minutes is not long enough and theres no way I could walk out with him alive. I have 3 kids, 9 grandkids and 6 1/2 great grandkids. Enough said.
