Another parent of the year

Don't know what to say. There's no excuse. Obviously she placed those kids in danger. But it's reported the temperature was 75 degrees outside and was just 81 degrees in the car. Temperature rose just 6 degrees in 30 minutes? Something isn't right. IMHO
