Too bad. Guess I'll miss it, cause I'm going to the local track tonight. And it will likely be packed, what with some good promotion for the event and some GREAT weather.

Guess I'll go through the race thread late tonight, so make sure ya take good notes during the race;)

Are you talking about the $10,000 Hampton Heat 200 at Langley? They're expecting over 30 cars. :yikes:
 
It's at another of the cookie cutters. You won't miss much. I'm going to my local track myself. I'n going to see some really good racing.
 
If it wasn't so stifling hot, I'd go to the local track. But this old body just can't handle the heat anymore. Last night, it was still 92 at 10PM --- I just can't do it.
 
For those of you guys who are either rained out at your local tracks or can't go because of the heat and want to watch some good racing instead of boring ass Chicagoland, ARCARacing.com will have live video coverage of the Prarie Meadows 200 from the 7/8 mile Iowa Speedway.
 
Well, this boring person is going to be watching the boring Chicago race. If it gets too bad, I can always get up and take a walk or nap. It worked last night. Hopefully, it will be a nice surprise. One can hope anyway. :D ;)
