Reporter says DJ told them the sports too safe and fans are turning away because of that. She asks Smoke if the sport's too safe.

Tony replies, "I think the media center's gotten boring, maybe we need to start sawing off legs" or something like that.:D

It was on ESPN NASCAR Now moments ago.

I saw that! I really like Tony, but wanted to tell him to just shut the f*** up after that one. He sure can be a jackass.
 
That was most likely the dumbest question anyone could have asked. KUDOS to Tony for calling her DUMN BUTT.

Who really wants to see drivers wrecked or killed?
 
Now that's the Tony Stewart I know! I'm tired of the "nice guy" act. Unlike suck ups like Mark Martin Tony actually has a personality.

Wow,great to have Tony back.A much needed personality in the sport.Maybe he is part of Nascar's plan to get back to racin.
 
How was he supposed to answer that question? "Oh yeah, I'd love to see our safety put more at risk so a bunch of morons who wish to see others injured or killed for their ammusement can have something to cheer about"? I'm not a big fan of Tony's, but I have to say I liked his response. He could have been much more offensive in his response to such a stupid question.
