Anybody else like Jim Croce?

Every now and then I get an old Jim Croce song in my head. I woke up with Operator in my head this morning. I'm not in that mellow of a mood that often, but when I am Jim Croce's music always gives me flashbacks. He was such a gifted songwriter.

This morning I found out his son A.J. Croce is a singer songwriter too. I found his music on Rhapsody and it is pretty good. It's a little different from his dad's music. That's probably because he plays piano and this is 30 years or so newer.

Some of my favorites of Jim's were I Got A Name, Operator, Bad Bad Leroy Brown, You Don't Mess Around With Jim, I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song, and Time in A Bottle.

Never was a fan of him, but I don't mind hearing his music these days. Like you, it takes me back to the time.
