Is anybody going to watch the Dale Earnhardt tribute concert tommorrow? Its going to be on FOX 7pm central time. A lot of bands are going to perform like Alabama, Brookes and Dunn, Sheryl Crow, Kenny Chesney, and a lot more. I plan to watch it
 
Hubby and I usually go out to dinner on Thursday nites. Not tonight! Prodding clock for 7pm. ;)

Teresa was outstanding introducing all the acts. Junior better not quit his day job --- he can't sing worth a flip. LOL

The storm clouds gathering overhead during the first acts were truly frightening. Kenny Chesney singing in a horrendous downpour was something else.

At the very first, various drivers were talking about Dale. It's obvious they miss him terribly. Tore me up, listening to them.
 
watched it. enjoyed it. taped it! I remember hearing about the trouble they were having with the weather, and just seeing it during the show, wow! Kenny Chesney is a little hottie!!! I admire Teresa for having the strength to be able to complete such an enormous event such as this was. And, I did hear her say "First Annual" event several times, and her remark that Dale always wanted to be first! It was a great showing! :)
 
When Kix Brooks sang that song by himself I even teared up a little bit myself. :(
