Anyone at Charlotte dirt track tonight?

Heard that two late model drivers were injured by dirt clods. Jeff Cook and Chub Frank, one had eye socket broken, and other with broken jaw. Both transported.
Also heard that Jeff Fuller had a slashed nose and cheek.

Gotta be careful at the dirt tracks. I've got hit plenty of times by dirt clots and rocks.
 
Yeah, I was there. The track was horrible. They cancelled the A Main a little after 11:30(i think the A Main was originally supposed to start at 9:30). The track was terrible, it was extremely cold and people have work in the morning. I'm glad they cancelled it, if they would have gotten it in tonight there would have been no good racing, just a wreckfest. It would have taken forever. And what is the deal with the large foam barriers they put on the edge of the track? All they do is bring out more cautions and everytime one is destroyed they just bring a new one. They were just in the way and were pointless. They spent a lottttt of time trying to get that track good tonight and could not. They have a lot of work ahead to get ready for the races tommorow.
 
I was there last year on Friday and Saturday nights (and will be there tomorrow and Sat as well), and both years they had the track perfect by the time the Speed cameras were on. The first year, the track on Friday was a little rough, but come Saturday, perfect. Same with last year.
 
Jeff Cook is scheduled to have some face reconstructive surgery
