Anyone Know Where to Find 10 Lap Average Times From Practice Data?

Nascar.com shows only best time and average time (but not sure what constitutes an average - is it laps run at full speed?)

Does anyone know of a site with better data?

I'm not sure of this in an average of all their laps or not. But it does give an average. If you check it while there's racing going on though, you'll get that live.
