Anyone listen to Jim Rome?

haha whoa, way to go jim, next time punch em square in the nose.

Where did this rome guy come from anyway? seems to me like that little snot nose brat that got his big opinionated mouth what ever the heck he wanted. What a joke. Hey, look at me I'm jim rome, my opinion is better than ever one elses, so kiss my... Whatever jim, i will just change the channel and watch some racin.
 
I listen to him on the radio every now and then. He is pretty funny and usually very entertaining to me. He used to really bug me, but it was the about the only thing I could listen to in the car for a while. After a while, I really liked it. :blink:
 
He puts on this "I'm edgy and opinionated, I'll talk about the real sports issues" type thing...but all he does is take on issues like "Little League Dads" and "How good Tiger Woods is".

Like anyone would disagree with those things, he's a clown.
 
Did you guys see when Jim Everett (the former LA Rams quarterback) decked him a few years ago? That was hilarious.
 
I think he is irratating as hell, i never liked him when he was on Fox, I don't think he will last long....at least i hope not. Maybe ESPN will get too many complaints and can his butt.

Actually I tried clicking on that link and all I got was a pop-up box with a little paint looking symbol in the upper left of the box. What was it?

Thanks for the link Paul. I downloaded it. I've seen that clip before, but it is still pretty funny. Jim Rome refers to that as "The Incident", but really avoids the issue if at all possible. Can't say as I blame him. ^_^
