$3 is a bargain for Tapatalk. Most people have that much in change laying around.

I know that there is a alot of free stuff out there but $3.00 doesn't seem like much to ask for an app that actually works and is often used.

There is a free version on android, just search tapatlk free. It's called convo. It's a little bit clunky, but readable.
