Newman and Mayfield - this could get interesting if the outs would have been in and the ins out...
 
The biggest problem with this that it makes the asumption that the race results would have been exactly the same under both system.

I find that assumption to be invalid. I know that some teams and drivers have done things differently (and therefore produced different results) than they would have under the same system. Heck some teams have actually said so.
 
Die hards with hypothetical assertions to vent their displeasure. Has no bearing on what is real..........only what some imagine to be true.
 
Well for me it makes me appreciate the new system for the first time, Tony's in a much better position now than he would've been under the old system. :XXROFL:
