We finally have a signed contract on that house, after the biddie scared us to death thinking she had backed out on us. The celebration is on!

(And I promise, this is the last time I'll bug y'all about it. Just about to bust I'm so happy!)

Dang, bout time. Now whats those directions? :p Do I need to bring my own piller cases?:D Congrtaulations to the both of you.:) :beerchug: :calpping:

Congrats TNWFan!! I've got a few more yrs before I start trying but I already know what a feat it is to own your own home. You should not only be happy but very proud!

:leap: :beerchug:

TNW and Ironman, PARRRRRRRTTTTTTTYYYYYYYY

CONGRATS!! and Pbunch better send that truck as soon as you give the move date.

AND, don't stop bugging us with good news, please.

Excellent!

Congratulations to you and IM28. I hope you have many years of health and happiness in your new home.

Now, about that living room...Would you mind it if I hung my Kingsford Charcoal hood from your ceiling? I still haven't brought it home from work, and figure I can have it shipped directly to Tennessee. Just give me the word, and I'll start walking... :p

Derned if that about the best news I've heard all day.:)

With all these folks headed your way ya might oughta let them know when closing is...then again mebbe not!;)

Keeping closing under my hat for awhile. Between race car hoods, packs of sled dogs, and...well, pbunch sacking out on the porch, I got my hands full as it is. :p We are really relieved, it looked like she was backing out on us. Eight years I have worked, sacrificed, done without, and dreamed of a home in the mountains. It has cost me the best job I'll ever have, my first marriage (which actually, losing THAT was the best thing that ever happened to me), and God knows what all else.

And this is worth every

bit of it.

Thanks y'all.

TWF and Ironman YEA! YEA!:calpping: :calpping: :beerchug: :beerchug: :calpping: :calpping:

I can't wait to see the view from my room on top of the porch. I'll even bring my own lawn chair;) . But seriously, may your new home be a place where love and peace dwell for you and your family forever. Keep us posted on the details. Jimmy keeps calling me to ask when he should deliver those KK's.:D

No snow?? No snow!! What the hell are we gonna do with these dogs, sleds and mukluks?

Congrats!!! We are looking for a place with no neighbors, big yard, and lots and lots of space. Glad you found your dream place, tell us when the open house will be, please make it on a race sunday! Would like to hear everyone cheer for their fav. driver, now that would wake up the whole mountain!:D

Don't count the snow out yet. It's about cold here, it just might snow yet.

Thank you, Fergy and everyone. I know you all must be tired of hearing about this but not nearly as tired of worrying about it as we were.

Our dream of a home in the mountains is coming true. Hard to contain enthusiasm about life long dreams coming true. Anyone on the way to Bristol is welcome to stop by for a cold one.
