Maybe what you are trying to upload is too large. Have you tried making them smaller?

The smallest image I have tried is 270x320. The biggest is 400x500.

My avatar is larger than 200x200. You probably have an image type this forum doesn't accept. Try saving a copy of your pic as a JPG or something else.

I'm not sure, but I'd try making a copy of it in JPG and uploading that.
