Average Qual by Team by Week

To make this a bit less messy, I removed some of the teams from the middle that didn't appear to have any noteworthy observations.

Hendrick: Only twice worse than 17, both times at superspeedways (real ones, Atlanta)
Gibbs: Only worse than 21 once, at COTA
Penske: Qualified under 15 every week since LV
RCR: 4 times with an average qual over 20, 3 of those in the last 3 weeks
RFK: 3rd straight over 21
Trackhouse: 30th or worse at 5 of last 6, only better than 23 at COTA
RWR: Technically considered a Cup Series team

I was confused at first until I realized the top line was RWR instead of Hendrick. Good work.

Good point. I'll see about inverting it next time so it's more intuitive.
