Man that NASCAR 2002 sim game is tough!! I spun leaving pit road during testing and I was in No 1 pit stall!! You're gonna have to give me more time to get good enough to go head to head with you online!!:D Great game though......finally got it installed and configured this afternoon. Graphics are great and so far my good old nVidia Gforce2 card has kept up.......no chop at 30 fps and full everthing!! My CPU got a little warm after about an hour of playing around, but no where near the limit.......I'm satisfied. Thanks bud for steering me into getting it.

The force feedback wheel and pedals are awesome.......do you have one?

Hey DE, glad to hear that you luv the game! Heck what I would give for 30fps, last I checked mine clocked in at about 12-15 at the best! But its the most realistic game that I have seen even if my graphics arent the best. I was thinking about the pedals and wheel but decided against them considering the game would already be hard enough as it is. And as for the online racing, Im still having trouble fixing my problem with my internet and the games. Every time I open a game up (regardless of what it is) my internet almost always disconnects! Can anyone help me?

Change ISP's? Or at least call them and see if all your TCP/IP settings are correct.:)
 
Alright DE, I'll keep messin with things and hope the end result is a game that can stay online. I'll get back to ya if I can ever figure it out...
 
You sure can 66! The more the merrier. Its possible to have very large games with several people. Feel free to join us.
 
I tried the Nascar 2002 demo and got about 2 fps, so I am still playing my Nascar 1999 edition:)
 
66, I bought the game when It was first released for 45 or 50. Its been out for a while now...a few months. The price may have dropped since then, expicially if you go and check a place like sams club or something. Ebay also will have them cheap.
 
Anyone play Dirt Track Racing. That is a great game if you like dirt late models.I downloaded a file for it and can also race a Dirt Modified. The Modified roles over really easy though.

De will play with you...he wants to wait till he has more experence, but he has enough from playing the other games to play with others, think you and awesome Bill should all play together, it would be a lot of fun.........instead of playing with the computer or by himself............just do it once, and bet you all will be hooked.........:D
 
I use to be into online games alot but then it started takeing up to much of my time I mean way to much, at one time I was staying up 24+ hours everytime I played until I couldnt keep my eyes open. Finnally I realised it was like an adiction to me I stoped completely. I play some now but very little as I use to, Ill have to dl the demo of that game and check it out.
 
Yeah Smack I hear ya. A while back (about a year ago) I was totally and badly addicted to the online game Red Faction. I couldnt get enough of it and I HAD to be the winner every time, If I wasnt I would just keep playing and playing until I was satified or I was too tired to stay up any longer. Im over it now...but I still find myself playing it a lot...
