Back From Kentucky

I am back from Kentucky now. I did not stay for the Cup race, I was there Thursday and Friday. It was hot!!

I did my usual, talk with Danica, hangout, and get a couple cars signed (HotWheels & St. Patty's Car).

Friday during the Cup qualifications, a strong wind came out of nowhere and blew tents down, pit box stands, and all kinds of stuff. It was crazy! They immediately halted quals until that settled down.

The Nationwide race was good but I thought Danica had a top 5 car for sure. The race was good but no one had anything for Austin Dillon. The guy had a rocketship!

I got to hang out with Mike Wallace and the team for awhile too. They were all very cool. Justin Allgaier also stopped and talked with me and my gf for quite awhile Friday. He is a very nice young guy.

I think I would have stayed for the cup race but it sounds like you had a blast.

That front went through here and knocked trees down and took out power lines before it blew through Kentucky. The temp here went from 95 to 70 in less than an hour. There are still people here without power.
