Bad News for Bill

My main man Bill Elliott came out of the late wreck with 3 broken bones in his left foot. http://www.nascar.com/2003/news/headlines/...ured/index.html


As much as I hate to say it, I doubt to see him racing next week. Hopefully I am wrong...

Didn't Rusty break his foot in last years winston?
He ran the 600 the next week! Don't count Bill out, he might nto run the whole race but i bet he at least starts the race. Its in his left foot , which he does not use much, unless shifting.

Bill's a high caliber racer, I doubt he'll let a little thing like a broken foot keep him out of the car.

I agree with Pettybenson on the fact that Bill Elliott will atleast start the race next weekend. He can always have a subsitute driver like Casey Atwood, on the sideline incase he is in to much pain.
