This week's WYPALL Wipers Crew Chief of the Race is #9-Tommy Baldwin. Baldwin's decision to enter enemy territory and confront the team that spun out his driver earned him the fans' vote. After Kasey Khane got turned around by Tony Stewart, Baldwin made an unadvised trip to the #20 team's pit stall to stick up for his driver. WYPALL Wipers spokesman Robbie Reiser gave some insight as to what made Baldwin make the risky move. "The guys at the shop work so hard on their cars," said Resier. "So much time and preparation goes into each race, and when someone dumps your driver, all that hard work goes down the drain. Even if it's unintentional, it's frustrating. It can definitely make you do some crazy things." Tony Eury, Sr. remains in first place in the WYPALL Wipers Crew Chief Challenge with four wins. Chad Knaus and Robbie Loomis are tied for second place with three wins each. Robbie Reiser and Tommy Baldwin are tied for third place with two wins. Larry Carter, Lee McCall, Donnie Wingo, Phillipe Lopez and Matt Borland are tied for fourth place, each with one win. The crew chief with the most weekly wins at the end of the season will be named WYPALL Wipers Crew Chief of the Year and receive $10,000.00.(ThatsRacin.com)
