Ok, how hard can it be to pick up the phone, or send a email, or send a registered letter from the bank to the credit agencies?

How brain dead is the mortgage company he's dealing with not to realize there's been a big mistake made and work with him? I know, "it's not my job".

Nobody, and I mean NOBODY takes responsibilty for their screw ups anymore,,oh I know it's always blamed on a "computer glitch". Not the idiot sitting at the keyboard.

Ok, off to the hospital for a stress test. Hope I get a better grade of idiot running the machine.....
