Belts Illegal And Confiscated

Bobby Hamilton Jr's, NASCAR Nextel Cup #09 Miccosukee Dodge had a full set of lap belts confiscated at New Hampshire International Speedway. The red belts had expired in June of 2002, over two years ago.

Just please, please, whatever else you do, please don't take Jimmy Spencer's belt away from him. I think I speak for all of us when I say we really don't want to see all that.

Well, ya know that "Sell By date" on a carton of milk??? My experience is
that one or two days after that date, that dern milk gets "winky".
Sooooooooo, most products made of rubber, fiber, etc, by law
must have an expiry date. It's purpose is to protect us from our own
laziness, or lack of caution. It really IS a safety thing.
I am 100% for it!!!!!

So Kat takes me to task on an obvious joke on another thread but she sees nothing wrong with this comment that could negatively impact someone's well being. But, at least she didn't bash the driver...
