Benny Parsons, were you drunk?

To busy eating Hot Dogs, and ice cream. They got to comfortable in the booth.Benny is showing his age a bit,When it comes to the mind.:)

Not a big deal, to err is human. I know who is in the cars.

To be an annoying moron is DW.

I would rather have Fox and DW. I saw a great shirt this weekend at the casino. All it said was Boogity Boogity Boogity.

Does it really matter who is in the 44 or 25. They are all the same, just filler cars.

But, he confused Ricky Rudd with Ricky Craven as well. I don't know if I'd call either filler cars. He had trouble with the guys in the pits. But, by God, he knew who the spotter was. I think! I didn't know who he was so he could have made up a name and I would have been none the wiser.

Fox over does the races......NBC does the better job hands down.

The change was good.I get tired of anyone after a while,But DW just took his ,what he thought, comedy to far.Benny has a partiality problem that gets old by the end of the year,That is unless your a fan of those few.

Who would you say Benny is partial to? I thought Jeff Gordon last year, but then, I think that about almost everyone. :)

That's one that got the oldest for sure. Its like that commercial,Rusty,Rusty,Rusty,Not my type she says. :)

Well, obviously NASCAR put the word out. They mentioned Jeff only when they had to. Jimmie might as well have been invisible. But, considering where they were on the track I can buy that. It was good for them to talk to Jimmy Spencer. It's been a long time. But, he wasn't his old self. Shame he may be losing his ride. I like Spencer. He adds a certain something to a race.

Well, at least you can't say that he was being partial towards Junior. After the big wreck, I don't recall seeing his car on the track but once or twice. As it should be, I suppose.

True, they showed Rusty more than Lil'E. Which I thought was odd considering the fan's reaction. Or maybe they didn't want to cause angst among the Lil'E fans by showing him 28 laps back. The only time I really remember him was when Sterling put him another lap back. On restarts you could always see Rusty on the inside, towards the back just making time.

I thought the coverage was pretty impartial this week, which was nice. Probably could have see a little less of Marlin and his seven second lead (woo, exciting!), but there wasn't as much focus on Gordo, Jr, and the Young Guns. They focused some on Newman, but that was actual reporting since the boy was not shifting and everyone thought surely his engine would give!

I loved the fact that because of all the delays there were hardly any commercials when the race actually ran.

Did anyone notice on the pit stop shots, they never did let you finish seeing the times,They would change before they were done. Why show the times if they aren' going to finish the shot.

If he confused Ricky Rudd with, let's say, Jimmy Spencer that would be one thing. But come on, both guys have the same first name.

I can see where Benny would identify the Tide car as Rudd. For several years they were synomonous. And the look of the cars was similar.

With folks moving around both drivers and sponsors, just wait til next year and try to keep straight who is in which car.

Back to coverage....Ive heard that people cant stand DW?? I for one was partially annoyed at his ramblings, but I am completely and Totally annoyed and fed up with Bestwick. I sware he must have his mouth open 70% of the time. I remember last year when Myers asked Harvick what he thought of Allan and he said "well allan lets just say he gets to much airtime". I totally agree with him. Also i notice that Allan will come up with all these stupid jokes that he and he alone laughs at. Really annoying if you ask me.
