Biffle re-ups with Roush for 2004

From Jayski.com: At Roush Racing, rookie #16-Greg Biffle renegotiated the final year of his contract (2004) and is working to add two more years. So that kills off another part of the 'rumored' Elliott to retire/Biffle to the #9.
 
It probably also sets Greg up to win a few races next year...
