They do if you're changing them on the drivers side of an S-10 with a 4.3

If I'm not mistaken Dale Earnhardt had 10 wins at talledega alone plus more at Daytona with the 98 Daytona 500 and at least one in the July race if not more.
I shouldn't speak to soon though, because he was racing at these tracks prior to restrictor plates.
