Jasper Engines' co-owner Doug Bawel says Dave Blaney will return to drive the No. 77 in 2004. Another year with crew chief Bootie Barker should benefit Blaney and the team.
The 77 team has always been one of my favorite underdogs to root for. This is good news! Maybe, just maybe, they could develop into a real successful team.
I'd love to see them post a couple top tens and even a win would be great for next season!
