Blaney in, Sauter out for Pocono

I agree Lappy. For sure if he doesn't learn how to drive on raod courses :cheers:
 
I for one would love to see Blaney in the 30 car full time.

I would like to see dave with rcr also......i like johnny in the busch car....
 
Childress should have never put Sauter in that ride....several other drivers were availible and would have been better suited.
 
It is only a matter of time before the 30 has a new driver...... for good

rc had some signifficant pressure from aol to hire "young gun" to drive that car...


i'd also love to see blaney in that car full time. i think he would fit in at rcr.
 
Schrader had a chance to get in that car last year. but it was just for 1yr and he wanted something longer.
 
I'm happy to hear Blaney has a chance in a good ride!!!!!

There have been rumors flying around RCR (at least from what I have read) that a change is going to occur. Obviously they arent referring to the #29 and #31 teams. Sauter has lost the Sonoma race, and now has lost the Pocono race. Scheduling conflict? Nope, because several Cup guys will be running both races easily. This is just an easy push out the door for Sauter from the #30 car. Im happy to see Blaney in the #30 car. If he brings that car home solidly in the top 20, I wouldnt be surprised to see him in that car for one of the next upcoming races again.
 
I didn't realize Sauter wouldn't run at Pocono. I hope Blaney does good, this may be a Great Shot for him to land a Job :cheers:
 
I'm thinkin' they will get a top 15 at Pocono with Blaney.
 
Blaney was doing good in the 23 car at dovor, untell someone messed up. (dont know if it was him, the 22 ir 15)
 
Blaney has done good in every race he's been in this year... I don't know why that 23 car isn't a fulltime team. They would be dangerous if they had a sponser.
 
He was doing good in the Truck at dovor, untell that last pit stop and yellow.

I like dave, like to see him win one soon!! :)
 
I think Sauter will only be in the car for this year. Just for AOL then AOL is leaving. Dirty MO is right the only reason he is in the car is because AOL wanted a young gun in the car and Childress already had Sauter in his Busch stable so it was an easy find. Im guessing Johnny next year will go to Brew co if they decide to go cup and the 30 ride will be open for Biffle or Blaney.
 
In all fairness to all the rookies Johnny did get stuck with the worst ride possible. For the most part. Since 2002 The 9 car has 25 top 10's 14 top 5's and 3 wins. The 22 car has 10 top 10's 3 top 5's and 2 wins. The 10 car has 11 top 10's 5 top 5's and 1 win. The 25 car has 9 top 10's 5 top 5's and 1 win. The 30 car has 10 top 10s 5 top 5's and no wins. The 77 car has 9 top 10's 1 top five and no wins. All of those are pretty impressive stats except for the 30 and the 77. I just think Johnny got a bum deal I mean he is still driving for RCR which is huge but he his 3rd or 5th on RCR's priority list because Childress still wants a busch owners and points co championship so that probably comes before the 30 car since Johnny is driving for Brew co in Busch. If Johnny does lose his ride I think they should do it at the end of the year.
 
I like Blaney in the 30 car but I heard a rumor last week that said Greg Biffle isn't happy at Roush and might be hired by RCR.
If I can find a link, I will post it.
